Well I saw the recipe book and it actually deviates from Simeon’s protocol, the originator of the hcg diet.
I was told “NEVER” substitute or deviate form his original diet.
For instance the substitution of “Turkey” in some recipes is actually bad because the composition of turkey is much different than chicken. And turkey SHOULDN’T be eaten while on the diet.
Just a few kind of meats are allowed. Chicken, turkey, shrimps, white fish, and a short selection of certain low fat cow meats.
On the bird meats 6 oz. for chicken breast or tenders and barely 3 1/2 oz. of turkey.
