“How’s your diet going?” Ever heard those fateful words? They normally come just after you’ve scoffed the last creamcake in the pack, and needed to to go to the next notch on your belt. The world is getting fatter they say, and food is getting more expensive. So it’s never been a better time to knock the flab into next week and get in shape.
